JOB DESCRIPTION: Mon - Fri 6 AM - 2:30 PM Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Basic assembly and building of product. Follow written procedural guidelines during the assembly process. Proper use of power and manual tools. Proper use of calibrated gauges, power and manual torqueing devices. Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies. Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations. Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions. Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree.

Requirements

  • Technical Capacity
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory.
  • Good mechanical skills
  • Knowledge of shop use of measuring devices.
  • Basic knowledge of quantitative methods/statistical procedures and graphic skills.
  • Communication Proficiency
  • Organization Skills
  • Time Management
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One to Two years of related experience
  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
