  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; perform tasks in a safe manner
  • Notify the Shift Lead or Supervisor on duty in the event of an accident or injury
  • Operate, maintain, and use personal protective equipment and other safety supplies and equipment
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company policies relating to safety, housekeeping and Hazardous Waste Management programs
  • Work without close supervision
  • Contact the Maintenance Department to get equipment repaired when necessary
  • Take on additional assignments as requested by management
  • Check results for conformance to print and/or specifications and make necessary corrections
  • Work with coworkers in a polite and courteous manner, providing cross training as needed
  • Able to work overtime as required
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and independently or as a team
  • Stand on concrete for extended periods of time
  • Stand, climb, crawl, bend and utilize multiple tools including but not limited to power tools
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Preferred manufacturing experience
  • Must be a self-starter, team player and have the ability to multitask
  • Able and willing to work in other areas as needed
  • Suggest and implement improvements
  • Follow up on details
  • Seek out productive work when assignments are completed
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement for our products and process to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability
  • High School or GED preferred
