About The Position

Responsible for assembling products to meet company and customer specifications using pneumatic and hand tools. This includes understanding the relationship between parts such as beams, air springs, axles, hubs, and frame brackets, as well as facilitating all aspects of the assembly process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications accurately.
• Availability to work overtime as production demands.
• Mechanically inclined with a hands-on, systematic approach to tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve production goals.
• Conduct continuous inspections of tools and equipment (e.g., air tools, torque wrenches, nuts, and bolts) to ensure proper working condition.
• Safely lift and position sub-components onto the assembly line.
• Utilize pneumatic tools to assemble and torque products with torque ranges from 90 to 310 ft-lbs.
