About The Position

The Assembler position at Aerotek involves assembling and installing parts using various tools according to specified work instructions. The role requires attention to equipment operation and participation in maintenance activities, ensuring that production output meets quality specifications.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of assembly experience.
• Experience with hand tools such as calipers or micrometers.
• Experience assembling with a blueprint or following work instructions.
• Must be able to stand on feet for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Must be able to carry, push, and pull between 15lbs - 45lbs.
• Must have good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install parts using hand tools, air tools, and/or power tools according to work instructions and specifications.
• Fit, wire, or otherwise connect components using equipment according to work instructions and specifications.
• Attend to equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Participate in the implementation of production equipment and facility maintenance.
• Perform routine inspections on products, processes, and materials to ensure work output meets specifications.
