You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in IPC-610, IPC-620 and/or J-STD-001 soldering
• Demonstrated printed circuit card knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated cable and harness assembly knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated sub assembly / box build knowledge and experience
• Experience with working in an Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) Environment
• Experience with working with hand tools
• Experience working with a microscope

Nice To Haves

• Experience with rework and repair of PCBs, cables and modules
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills with ability to work from electric work instructions

Responsibilities

• Soldering / de-soldering fine-pitch components to printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Soldering through hole components to PCBs
• Soldering and routing wires to PCBs
• Soldering surface mount components on PCBs
• Lacing and cabling subassembly modules
• Mechanical assembly of subassembly modules
• Bonding and Staking components
• Conformal Coating Touch up
• Cable and Harness assembly
• Rework and Repair of box assemblies, cables and circuit cards
