The Assembler/SMT Inspector position at our Concord, NH facility involves a critical role in the assembly, inspection, and testing of electronic assemblies. This full-time opportunity is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess a strong background in electronic assembly and inspection. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components, subassemblies, products, and systems, ensuring that all work meets the required specifications and standards, particularly IPC-610. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be performing basic soldering and rework of surface mount technology (SMT) components, which is essential for maintaining the quality and functionality of the products being assembled. In addition to assembly tasks, the Assembler/SMT Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and testing parts, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet the necessary specifications. This includes filing documents related to the inspection and assembly processes, assisting with inventory counts as needed, and performing other related duties as assigned. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, providing a consistent work-life balance for employees.
