Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience using tools — wrenches, drills, grinders, and more.
  • Able to read and follow engineering drawings (or willing to learn).
  • Dependable, teachable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Strong team player who shows up ready to work every day.
  • Bring your own basic tools.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders or stairs regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble power generators, parts and enclosures using hand and power tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to make sure everything’s built to standard.
  • Do some basic wiring and handle materials safely.
  • Clean, inspect, and prep units before they go out the door.
  • Pitch in where needed — whether it’s in the shop or the warehouse.
  • Work safely, stay productive, and help keep the team moving forward.
