Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using tools — wrenches, drills, grinders, and more.
- Able to read and follow engineering drawings (or willing to learn).
- Dependable, teachable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Strong team player who shows up ready to work every day.
- Bring your own basic tools.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders or stairs regularly.
Nice To Haves
- Powder coat and or Paint experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Paint and touch up engines and units
- Assemble power generators, parts and enclosures using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to make sure everything’s built to standard.
- Do some basic wiring and handle materials safely.
- Clean, inspect, and prep units before they go out the door.
- Pitch in where needed — whether it’s in the shop or the warehouse.
- Work safely, stay productive, and help keep the team moving forward.
