  • Inspect and test relays following established procedures
  • Review documentation for accuracy and configuration
  • Perform visual inspections and complete inspection reports
  • Handle small parts and assemble components for testing
  • Operate test equipment and maintain history logs
  • Communicate progress or issues to supervisors
  • Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area
  • Learn new functions and equipment through provided training
  • Good eye-hand coordination and ability to work with small parts (required)
  • Basic computer skills for data entry (required)
  • Strong communication skills for documentation and teamwork (required)
  • Ability to read and interpret written procedures and safety rules (required)
  • Comfortable using hand tools and microscopes (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)
  • Previous experience in inspection or assembly (advantage)
