Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass written Production Skills Exams including math, reading comprehension, and ruler skills.
• Ability to read measuring devices accurately.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to lift different size boxes up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with close attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic parts at assigned workstation.
• Conduct tests on final products to ensure quality.
• Package assembled parts for distribution.
• Track the amount of scrap throughout the shift.
• Complete daily Production Shift Reports, recording results from testing functions and other data entry.
• Use fixtures and measuring devices as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols.
