About The Position
Produce defined quantity of parts and components according to company and customer specifications.
Requirements
- Strong commitment to quality and working safely.
- Ability to read various measuring devices (e.g., measuring tape, caliper, micrometer, etc.).
- Ability to work independently or as a team with minimal supervision.
- Proficient use of math skills.
- Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and/or specifications.
- Currently enrolled in High School or Technical School
- Or registered for enrollment in Technical Trades School
- Continually participate in additional training related to the job.
Responsibilities
- Operate various hand-held tools.
- Assemble parts and components according to specifications.
- Prepare parts and components for shipping.
- Ensure all parts and components are accurate according to specifications.
- Use and understand various paperwork, including but not limited to schedules, prints, & tech standards.
- Perform general housekeeping and limited maintenance on equipment.
- Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments within the work area.
- Regular, consistent attendance.
