  • Perform assembly functions on mechanical hardware.
  • Verify conformance of parts using blueprints and measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
  • Work with engineering to build and repair tooling.
  • Prior experience with mechanical assembly using blueprints and measuring instruments.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Visual acuity required to 20/20 with corrective lenses.
  • Ability to read and utilize process plans, sketches, photographs, and data to outline work.
  • General measuring and inspection experience.
  • Experience with interpretation and application of GD&T, ANSI, and military specifications.
  • Technical training or apprenticeship with more than 5 years of experience in assembly techniques.
  • Experience in structural assembly, riveting, and helicoil insertion.
