Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is desired.
• Familiarity with hand measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers is desired.
• Attention to detail and fine motor skills are essential.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Attach small, lightweight details to larger sub-assemblies.
• Use assembly tools such as special wrenches, torque wrenches, and sanding equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering prints and job-specific work instructions.
• Utilize inspection equipment including micrometers and dial calipers to measure dimensions during assembly.
• Operate small manual machines for HyFill Wind and Balancing shafts.
