Manual TC Assembly Position 1st and 2nd shift Essential Functions: Properly run the manual assembly machine Perform set up timely Meet production and quality standards Ability to read job tags and understand processing steps Inspect material to ensure product is correct and not damaged Ability to use computers to produce finished goods labels, plate, and shop floor reportingWork with the Quality Department to verify material to the standards Maintain lot integrity through the assembly process Produce daily schedule targets Operate a powered industrial truck safely Stage material to the schedule to meet customer demand Communicate professionally to department leads and management Communicate maintenance and tooling requirements as needed Maintain cleanliness standards Perform other duties as assigned Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times
Requirements
- Ability to read understand and follow instructions
- Ability to use proper tools
- Ability to operate mobile equipment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with shipping and warehousing processes and procedures, as well as experience using mobile equipment, is a plus, but not required
