Aerospace Dynamics International, Inc. (ADI) manufactures machined parts and assemblies for the commercial and military aerospace industries. It offers structural components, caps, panels, bulkheads, fittings, longerons, spars, chords, wing ribs, thrust reversers, structural machine parts, manufacturing tooling and stretch form blocks. ADI was acquired by PCC in April 2014. The company has received significant capital investments since the acquisition and has a highly positive growth trajectory ahead. Comprising four facilities on its campus in Valencia, CA, ADI has over 250 full-time employees on staff. Level four assembly mechanics possess all the skills and abilities of level three assembly mechanics with the additional responsibility of a supervisory and leadership role. Examples of these roles include shift management, coordinating staff schedules and evaluating work priority. They should have the experience and skill to be able to evaluate assembly complexity and estimate required build times. In addition, they must demonstrate resource management skills to maintain proper inventory of consumable assembly supplies. Level four assembly mechanics are also capable of first part buy-off procedures. This position typically requires 5 or more years of aerospace assembly experience or related experience.
