The most important thing we build is TRUST Sr. Assembler - 2nd Shift CAES in Lansdale, PA is seeking a reliable and skilled Senior Assembler to join our electronics production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining SMT production using the Mydata MY100 pick-and-place machine. Your expertise will ensure consistent, high-quality PCB assembly that meets our rigorous standards. We're looking for someone with proven experience in SMT operations—especially with Mydata MY100 systems—who brings strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and solid troubleshooting skills. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the Mydata MY100 SMT machine according to production requirements
  • Load feeders, components, and stencils accurately; verify job kits and setup documentation
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration (e.g., nozzle cleaning, vision alignment checks)
  • Monitor placement accuracy, solder paste application, and reflow results
  • Troubleshoot basic machine errors, alignment problems, and feeder issues
  • Read and interpret work instructions, BOMs, and assembly drawings
  • Support first article inspections and in-process quality checks
  • Maintain production logs, downtime reports, and component traceability
  • Follow ESD-safe procedures and uphold safety protocols at all times
  • Stand for extended periods while handling small, high-precision components
  • Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
  • Work in ESD-controlled production areas with required PPE
