About The Position

As an Assembler Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations and help deliver exceptional products to our customers. You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the production line by utilizing your technical skills to assemble components accurately and efficiently, which is crucial for meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace or electronics industry.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with product standards.
