Requirements

2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of assembly processes and techniques.
Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
Experience with quality control procedures and standards.
Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing setting.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in aerospace assembly or related fields.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
