About The Position

In this role, you will impact the overall production process by contributing to the assembly of critical aerospace components, ensuring they meet both quality and safety standards, and supporting the team in achieving operational excellence. YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles. Strong understanding of assembly processes and techniques. Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in manufacturing. WE VALUE High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Requirements
