Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Assembly experience preferred or related job aptitude.
• Ability to recognize functional and cosmetic defects.
• Experience with assembly equipment and standard work.
• Ability to navigate computer systems to access SAP and documents.
• Strong customer focus and reliability.
• Flexibility and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication and accountability.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products and operate assembly equipment.
• Support Swagelok's operating plan along with the mission, vision, and values.
• Perform all Learner level job functions efficiently.
• Operate designated assembly/packaging equipment independently or with minimal assistance.
• Assemble components into complete or partial products according to standard work.
• Demonstrate capability of routine/minor set-up on basic equipment.
• Verify trace ID information of all materials used for each job.
• Understand and follow proper part handling procedures and necessary documentation.
• Recognize non-conformances and inform supervisor or team coordinator.
• Demonstrate product knowledge within the scope of job family detail.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and clean up.
• Complete daily documentation such as tally sheets and production reports.
• Perform In-Process Inspection during assembly.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Plan and prioritize daily orders and maintain a balanced workload.
