About The Position

Our Space assembly employees perform complex assembly tasks and soldering on circuit cards and subassemblies. Perform solder through hole and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies. Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Focus on quality

Nice To Haves

• Previous CCA experience
• Knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-620 Standards.
• Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity test)
• J- STD-001 Solder Certified
• Excels in Solder Operations for electronic components.
• Ability to solder and evaluate solder joints

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
• Working from diagrams and drawings, making initial layouts, and using hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws
