About The Position

AquaCal AutoPilot is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler II to join our production team. This role requires a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

  • Ability to use workstation computers to navigate and understand work instructions, drawings, and designs
  • Correct use of computers and iPads for timekeeping and personal data management
  • Encourages teammates and fosters a collaborative environment
  • Communicates effectively
  • Works well with and assists other departments as needed
  • Communicates production issues to management and offers improvement ideas
  • Arrives on time and returns from breaks promptly
  • Contacts the supervisor in advance regarding work absences
  • Maintains good standing in the attendance points system
  • Consolidates and restocks materials as needed
  • Keeps the work area clean and free of loose debris or materials
  • Prioritizes quality of products above quantity
  • Understands operations and is aware of position needs
  • Follows safety guidelines and standard procedures
  • Reports any unsafe work conditions to management
