About The Position

As an Assembler II, this position works to assemble products by positioning and installing components and subassemblies according to drawings and instructions from beginning to end of the process. Using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment that are needed to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble coolers. Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools. Verify specifications by measuring completed cooler components. Assist Team Leader or Manager with training new employees. This position is in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. As a part of the team, you will: Ensure all products meet quality standards by following the specifications described in the blueprints. Identify and troubleshoot component issues to maintain performance and reliability. Collaborate with the internal quality inspection team to plan and coordinate component inspections, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and shared accountability. Positions parts and subassemblies by reading blueprints and instructions. Provide clear and accurate timelines for unit completion to support effective planning and communication. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit. Operates hand and power tools to connect parts. Performs tube installation and rolling operations. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions with Team Lead, Supervisor and/ or Team Manager approval. Provides needed material(s) to various work stations and/or locations. Loads and unloads trucks, units and parts. Reads blue prints or instructions for job specifications. Operates cut saws, drill presses, and punch press, as needed to fabricate parts and subassemblies. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; and troubleshooting malfunctions. Use precision measuring devices to check quality of work. Safely rigs structure and material for movement by overhead crane. Responsible for maintaining a clean work area both during and at the end of each work shift. All employees are expected to prioritize safety, regardless of role. This includes strict adherence to company-wide safety policies and procedures, proactive promotion of safe practices, and addressing unsafe behaviors or conditions in a constructive and positive manner. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience related to manufacturing preferred
  • Basic math skills including the ability to read a tape measure and calipers required
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints preferred.
  • Experience using industrial machines preferred.
  • Forklift operation certification preferred.
  • Overhead crane experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required to ensure safe and effective performance of job duties. This includes the ability to understand and follow blueprints, safety instructions, hazard communications, and emergency procedures with clarity and confidence.
