About The Position

As an Assembler II - Set up & operate, you will be working with benders, crimpers, hole punches and forming in our robotics cell. Responsibilities Able to set-up and operate all the following equipment Wauseon forming Hole punch Benders Crimpers Ink jet printing Able to interact with Production and Inventory Control (P&IC), Engineering, Quality, Cell Leader, Value Stream Team Leader and other plant operations at all times. Must be capable of conducting and evaluating destructive testing along with visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part. Be able to identify, analyze, and evaluate machine and material problems Able to make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and machines when necessary, including effectively trouble shooting equipment issue Qualifications Prior machine set-up experience preferred Good math, reading, and writing skills Basic computer skills Be able to read and interpret blueprints Be able to use a variety of precision measuring instruments, including bevel protractor, micrometers, calipers, scales, etc. Able to lift 30lbs Parker Hannifin Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies. Requirements
