About The Position

The of an Assembler II is to have become proficient at all job duties of an Assembler I and have growing understanding of installation processes of the components we use. Cut and drill holes in fiberglass components as needed for installation. Install dash components, including gauges, switches, and trim panels. Mount and connect audio systems / GPS – Fish Finder. Program GPS head units for seamless navigation. Assemble and rig engine controls and steering systems. Buff and polish fiberglass components to a high-quality finish. Install furniture components, such as speakers, lights, and wiring harnesses, to enhance luxury features. Ensure all installations and finishes meet quality standards. Collaborate with the production team to keep things moving smoothly. Maintaining workflow Identifying any defects of the rails before paneling

Requirements

  • Ability to operate a variety of hand tools ( I.e. drill, hole saws, screw guns, pliers, etc.)
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Knowledge of electrical/wiring systems (DC)
  • Able to perform repetitive motions (i.e. bending, climbing, standing, stoop, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electrical wiring, component assembly, or marine rigging (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person).
  • Comfortable programming or troubleshooting electronic units.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, cutting, drilling, and buffing/polishing fiberglass a plus.
  • Eye for detail and a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Team player who takes pride in quality work.
