About The Position

The Data Logger Assembler is responsible for building and assembling data logging devices by working with PCBA components, mechanical tools, and standardized work instructions. This role supports product testing on the production line, ensures quality and safety standards are met, and contributes to maintaining a strong 5S workplace environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and SOPs.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical assembly practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Willingness to learn, support team activities, and uphold 5S and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in assembly or electronics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble data logger units using PCBA components, wiring, enclosures, and various mechanical tools.
  • Use wrenches, screwdrivers, and other hand tools to perform accurate mechanical assembly.
  • Follow detailed Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assembly drawings to ensure consistent and high-quality builds.
  • Support product testing on the production line, including functional tests, basic troubleshooting, and documentation of test results.
  • Report defects or assembly issues to supervisors, technicians, or engineering teams.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized workstation and actively participate in a strong 5S program.
  • Adhere to all safety rules, guidelines, and best practices to promote a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and support daily production goals.
