As an Assembler, you are responsbile for putting together our control systems/panels per drawings. Our Production Team works 4-10 hour days, Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 4:00pm and has occasional overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • May be required to work extended hours which may include weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and/or machinery
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Certified Vocational Degrees
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years related experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to interpret basic assembly drawings.
  • Comprehension of safety rules
  • Sit, stand, reach, walk for periods of time on concrete surface.
  • Ability to lift / carry 50 lbs.
  • Sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate tools and or machinery

Responsibilities

  • Performs all operations in the manufacture of custom packages and control systems to required specifications and budgets.
  • Performs all mechanical assembly in the manufacture of custom skids not welding related.
  • Performs all testing required per drawing instruction and special specifications
  • Performs all operations necessary to prepare and paint custom packages.
  • Assembles system control panels
  • Performs system control panel check out
  • Performs other duties as assigned
