  • Assemble, test and package complex mechanical devices following written instructions.
  • Perform incoming and in-process inspection and testing of components as required.
  • Support material handling from receiving, and inspection through inventory and kitting.
  • Work with engineers to develop and improve assembly methods.
  • Maintain accurate work records such as job travelers.
  • Maintain detailed documentation throughout all job functions.
  • Operate computer, laboratory and manufacturing equipment as required.
  • Train new assemblers on equipment and proper procedures.
  • Complete shop orders in ERP system.
  • Audit accuracy of final shop order for all materials, lot number, and employee signatures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
