About The Position

The Assembler I supports the assembly of aerospace components and subassemblies in a regulated manufacturing environment. This entry-level role focuses on learning basic assembly techniques, following work instructions, and supporting production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience(training provided)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a structured environment
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical assembly operations following written work instructions
• Use hand tools, fixtures, and simple measuring equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Support assembly of parts, hardware installation, and component preparation
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in accordance with 5S and safety practices
• Follow aerospace quality requirements including documentation and traceability procedures
• Identify and communicate assembly issues or nonconformances to supervisors or quality personnel
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
