About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our prefabrication team. This role is critical in supporting field operations by assembling electrical components and systems in our off-site shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 1 year experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred.
  • Ability to follow written & verbal instructions.
  • Possess good vision normal and corrected.
  • Familiar with the safe use of power and hand tools.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and other tools used for measuring.
  • Ability to verbally communicate: convey detailed and accurate instructions and information.
  • Ability to hear with or without correction in order to receive and interpret detailed information.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to lift 29lbs. repeatedly.
  • Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs. assisted.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to walk long distances.
  • Must be able to reach and grasp materials, tools and equipment.
  • Required to have visual acuity to operate various tools, read fine print, and identify colors.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical components, conduit systems, wiring harnesses, junction boxes, panels, and other prefab materials according to shop drawings, schematics, or work orders.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies accurately.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure completed assemblies meet specifications and company standards.
  • Package, label, and organize finished products for delivery to job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory control by tracking materials used and reporting shortages.
  • Work closely with supervisors and electricians to ensure timely and accurate production.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
