About The Position

This occupation requires the running of assembly related equipment: squeezers (squeezer press, hand squeezer), pop rivet guns, torque wrenches etc. This position requires moderate physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and considerable time standing. Perform some set-ups and operate all assembly related equipment. Run jobs from start to finish with guidance. Read and interpret blueprints with guidance. Perform all other duties as assigned or directed. This role is required to be on-site 4 days at the El Cajon, CA location.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in set-up and operation of sheet metal assembly equipment.
Able to assemble parts to dimensional tolerances as required by engineering drawings and applicable specifications.
Able to work independently as well as a team member to assemble sheet metal parts.
Be willing to work at assigned jobs in or outside the sheet metal department.
