About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low-rise non-residential buildings in North America. The Windows Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing window components according to company specifications and quality standards. This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of residential or commercial windows.

Requirements

Ability to read measuring tape, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or assembly is a plus.
Prior experience working with Slimline products

Responsibilities

Assemble window frames, sashes, screens, and related components following production instructions.
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, fit, and secure materials.
Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and compliance with product specifications.
Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues; report any discrepancies.
Install hardware such as locks, hinges, balances, and handles.
Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and blueprints.
Safely operate machinery and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow.
Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals.
Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on assembly equipment as needed.
