About The Position

The Entry-Level Assembler plays an essential role in supporting Beretta U.S.A.’s manufacturing effectiveness, product quality, and operational reliability. By assembling components accurately and consistently, this position helps transform individual parts into dependable, finished products that meet the company’s rigorous performance and safety standards. The role supports the organization’s ability to meet customer demand by maintaining steady production output, preventing quality issues from moving downstream, and reducing costly rework or delays. Through attention to sequencing, verification of component fit and function, and identification of non‑conforming parts, Assemblers help protect brand integrity and uphold regulatory compliance. This role also supports continuous workflow across production, testing, and packaging functions, ensuring that manufacturing operations remain efficient, predictable, and aligned with business goals. As a foundational position, it strengthens the company’s production capacity while developing a skilled workforce through structured on‑the‑job training.

Requirements

  • No previous training required. On-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Performs assembly/subassembly of various firearm components, measuring performance against standard measurement.
  • Demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of proper sequencing of tasks.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of component interface relationships.
  • Make quality assurance checks on work performed.
  • Meets standard production requirements and records the number of parts completed daily.
  • Picks up parts to be assembled from storage shelf.
  • Cleans firearms after testing and prepares for packaging.
  • Performs disassembly of non-conforming parts/subassemblies.
  • Performs frequency defined inspections per procedure.
  • Properly sequence job tasks and meet standard production requirements while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remain alert while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Use a variety of hand tools and equipment in assembling and securing components.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
