As a Manufacturing Assembler, you’ll be the backbone of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role keeps our operations moving, and you’ll be an essential part of bringing our products to life. Your day-to-day will include: Packaging finished goods and checking for quality. Palletizing products like a pro. Keeping quality control standards top-notch. Performing physical tasks like lifting, twisting, and reaching (up to 40 lbs.). What You will Need to Succeed: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. A stellar record of attendance, safety, and performance. Basic math skills (we’ll test them if needed!). Respect for others, openness to feedback, and a willingness to share ideas. 720 hours (about 4.5 weeks) of work experience for temporary personnel.
