About The Position

Goldshield, part of the REV Group, is seeking a Roller to join our team in Decatur, Indiana. Since 1982, Goldshield has been a leader in the fiberglass industry, manufacturing parts for various vehicles including school buses, emergency vehicles, and heavy-duty trucks. The Roller will be responsible for the process of removing air from fiberglass laminate using a roller tool, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

• Must have completed the 60-day probation training period.
• Must have a consistent, proven attendance record.
• Must be willing and able to roll at any chop station with acceptable quality standards.
• Must be capable of meeting the physical demands/abilities as outlined on worksteps job requirement profiles.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with fiberglass materials and processes.
