About The Position
At Red Wing Gear's Space Trailers division, we are seeking a versatile and experienced Assembler & Facilities Maintenance operator. In this hybrid role, you will assemble trailer products with precision and maintain our facility to ensure a safe, efficient workspace.
Requirements
- Experience in product assembly, ideally in high-volume, repetitive manufacturing.
- Strong handyman skills, including carpentry, plumbing, and facility upkeep.
- Ability to follow instructions safely and use tools effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of facility care.
Responsibilities
- Assemble trailer components, ensuring all parts meet quality specifications.
- Follow assembly instructions and technical drawings.
- Perform routine mechanical, structural, and preventative maintenance on the facility.
- Proactively solve issues, keeping accurate records of assembly and maintenance tasks.
