About The Position

The entry-level Assembly position is a foundational manufacturing role designed to train, develop, and prepare employees for promotion into an experienced Pump Assembler. This role focuses on basic mechanical assembly, material preparation, equipment operation, and hands-on skill building under close supervision. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to learn advanced pump assembly skills through structured on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools in manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to learn and follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Willingness to train on forklifts, cranes, rigging, and precision measurement tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and desire to grow into more advanced assembly roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and manual assembly work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with industrial machinery, noise, and fluids.
