We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Assembler. This full-time, day position is based in Mifflintown, PA, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork. The assembler works as part of a team creating quality products that will meet and exceed customer expectation! Our assembler position is responsible for producing completed cabinets by assembling pre-machined parts and sub-assemblies according to pre-defined assembly patterns. This position will focus on building doors and must have the ability to learn how to run the door machine to back up that position.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CARE values of the organization.
  • Commit to producing a quality product for our customers.
  • Perform bench-type processes to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools.
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisor.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on tools as required.
  • Monitors the quality of parts and sub-assemblies being assembled.
  • Work at a pace required to meet production goals while maintaining company quality standards.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
