About The Position

The Assembler C role involves performing primary assembly responsibilities within a manufacturing cell, including assembling and adjusting components, and marking, labeling, and packaging parts. The individual will be responsible for setting up and operating marking, labeling, packaging, and primary assembly machines. Key aspects of the role include adhering to productivity and quality expectations, following established work procedures, and referring any problems to the appropriate personnel. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following safety and environmental procedures, and reporting safety incidents to a supervisor are also critical. The position encourages making recommendations for process improvements and contributing to the 5S program. Additionally, the Assembler C is expected to provide high-level service to internal and external customers, contribute to a positive teamwork environment, and be open to performing other assigned duties and participating in training for other positions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 0-1 year manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Perform one primary assembly responsibility in a cell
• Assemble and adjust components
• Mark, label, and package parts
• May perform other responsibilities as needed
• Perform all responsibilities within productivity and quality expectations
• Follow work procedures
• Set up and operate marking, labeling and packaging machines
• Operate one primary assembly machine
