This Position reports to: Production Supervisor Job Description: Assemble electric motors using diagrams and tools, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and defect-free work that meets production standards. Requires basic computer skills, ability to use Shop Floor Display systems, and understanding of flex flow, day/rank systems, and written instructions. Collaborate with operators/supervisors to address defects, order supplies, and support team objectives through strong interpersonal skills and cross-training. Prioritize workplace safety, follow guidelines, maintain daily housekeeping, work overtime as needed, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent required
6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education
Basic computer skills
Understanding of flex flow, day/rank systems, and written instructions
Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions
