Royal is hiring seasonal full-time (40 hrs/week) Assemblers and Molding Operators for the Summer of 2025 at our Mission location. This is a great opportunity for freshly graduated high-school students, college students or even teachers off for the summer! Note: These opportunities are seasonal and available for the summer only (May-August).

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8-hours per day. Overtime will be required as needed.
• Desire to work one of the following shifts (preference given to those who are interested in 2nd or 3rd shift)
• 1st Shift: 8am-4pm
• 2nd Shift: 4pm-12am
• 3rd Shift: 12am-8am
• Graduated high school (or be 18 years old)
• Must be hardworking, reliable and have a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing parts by putting together component parts using basic robotics and/or hand tools.(Assembly)
• Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met (Assembly & Molding)
• Lift up to 35lbs at a time (Assembly & Molding)
• Follow visual and written work instructions (Assembly & Molding)
• Complete necessary paperwork (Assembly & Molding)
