About The Position

Under direction of the Production Supervisor, employees will need to meet daily production goals while complying with safety processes and procedures.

Requirements

Problem solving and organizational skills
Basic mathematical skills required
Self-direction and initiative
Must be able to pass drug screen

Responsibilities

Able to read a tape measure and cut wood per specifications
Use manual or power hand tools to perform one or more repetitive production line assembly operations to produce medium-sized, light-weight products
Ability to quickly sort products while performing inspections to meet quality standards
Work at a steady, rapid pace under close supervision;
Using hands, arms and legs in handling, positioning, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Promote and maintain a team environment consistent with company values and principles
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Display a willingness and availability to work irregular hours and overtime as needed
Maintains open communication with supervisor regarding safety concerns and assembly of building components
Willing to cross-train in different work stations/departments as needed
Display a positive, “Can Do” attitude – be a change agent
Other duties as assigned
