Assembler IV – Electromechanical Assembly Position Summary: The Assembler IV is a senior-level technical role responsible for advanced electromechanical assembly, troubleshooting, system integration, and workflow leadership on complex automated machinery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years electromechanical assembly experience.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skillset.
  • Ability to interpret engineering documentation.
  • Independent troubleshooting capability.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Experience as team lead, mentor, or trainer.
  • Exposure to robotics, automation, and precision electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced Electromechanical Assembly Build, align, and integrate complex mechanical modules and component groups. Assemble wiring harnesses, PCBs, motors, actuators, and power components. Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation. Perform precision adjustments and torque■critical applications.
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems. Use diagnostic tools including DMMs, oscilloscopes, and test fixtures. Perform root■cause analysis and document corrective actions.
  • Leadership & Mentorship Guide Assemblers I–III in proper assembly methods and safety. Provide technical training and support onboarding. Assist Supervisor with workflow coordination and task assignment.
  • Quality, Documentation & Continuous Improvement Perform inspections and ensure specification compliance. Maintain build records, rework logs, and test results. Recommend process and documentation improvements.
