About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to support on‑site manufacturing operations in Tualatin through advanced assembly work. This role combines technical expertise with coordination and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The Assembler will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to use specialized equipment, read difficult instructions and maintain clear and concise written records
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent MS Word, Excel and MRP skills
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational or technical training or equivalent required
• 4-6+ years production or related work experience required

Nice To Haves

• A.A. Degree or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Build company products safely, accurately and efficiently using all machines and materials
• Plan, lay out and perform most complex assembly operations
• Lead and train a work group by coordinating, delegating and auditing activities
• Monitor progress, relay concerns and status reports to supervisor
• Ensure that safety and housekeeping policies and procedures are maintained
• May determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur
• May provide direction to others within the department
• Work independently with minimal supervision
