The Assembler position at TTM Technologies involves performing assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies, focusing primarily on mechanical operations. The role requires adherence to company, IPC, and J-standards while working in a fast-paced environment during the 3rd shift, which runs from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. This position is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the assembly process in a leading global manufacturer of printed circuit boards.

  • Assemble parts into repetitive and non-complex units or subassemblies using hand tools and soldering iron.
  • Utilize voltmeters, scales, holding fixtures, bench tools, and automated/manual soldering equipment.
  • Perform assembly operations under a stereo microscope.
  • Follow written/oral instructions from process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and supervisors.
  • Prepare and assemble PC boards, including component preparation and adhesive application.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
  • Create NCMR (non-conforming material review) and perform root cause analysis as needed.
  • Read, interpret, and follow detailed work instructions and assembly drawings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
  • Basic mechanical skills and good soldering skills.
  • Previous PCB manufacturing experience.
