  • Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies.
  • Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
  • Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
  • Performs repetitive assembly of pre-engineered electro-mechanical equipment control modules.
  • Follows established sequencing of hardware and wiring installations using predefined tools and fixtures.
  • Provides manufacturing order support including engraving, labels, and reports.
  • Handles heavy gauge electrical wiring and plumbing routing and assembly in repetitive product manufacturing.
  • Evaluates unique assembly and disassembly requirements and prepares an approach based upon safe work practices.
  • Cleans modules, restores painted surfaces, and performs general preparation prior to product shipment.
  • Takes direction from manufacturing team leads in assigned workstations.
  • Follows instructions provided by a Tester to perform rework of product test anomalies.
  • Assesses products returned from customers for service and plans restoration of control modules.
  • Maintains compliance with safety, quality, delivery, productivity, procedures, policies, and metrics.
  • Works with continuous leadership in a production environment.
  • Overtime is an essential function of this position which typically requires 8 hours of overtime/week.
  • A minimum of High School Diploma/GED OR 2 years of verified related experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Typically requires 3 years of previous related experience.
  • Experience with encapsulation preferred.
