Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of assembly/manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of electronic/mechanical assembly; soldering experience highly desirable.
• Comfort with small parts and detailed visual inspections in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, bend, twist throughout shift; manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components per SOPs/work orders; use fixtures, hand/power tools.
• Conduct in-process checks and end-of-line inspection; document defects; support rework as needed.
• Coordinate with cell teammates and leads to maintain flow; participate in daily stand-ups.
• Follow EHS and PPE requirements at all times (safety glasses/shoes); adhere to LOTO where applicable.
• Identify build issues and partner with leads/engineering to resolve.
• Support Kaizen, 5S, and standardized work updates.
