SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM. Overtime or Weekends may be required. In this role, a typical day will look like: Assembly of Products: Follow standard operating procedures, work orders, and specifications to assemble parts or components into finished products. Ensure that all parts are correctly installed. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other machinery to assemble products, making sure to meet production goals. Quality : Inspect and test products during and after assembly to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Identify and resolve any defects or issues in the products. Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and engineers to improve assembly processes, resolve production issues, and maintain workflow. Adhere to Safety Protocols : Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to avoid accidents, ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) is used and safety standards are met. Safety glasses and safety shoes are worn in manufacturing areas. Troubleshooting : Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process and collaborate with the appropriate team members to resolve them. Continuous Improvement : Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills, improve efficiency, and contribute to product quality. Maintain Clean Work Area : Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
