Ability to interpret and understand performance graphs and other data visualizations.
Ability to apply critical thinking to assess product quality and ensure compliance with written documentation.
Capable of performing basic data entry transactions.
Within one year of employment, must pass the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course.
Within one year of employment, must achieve a passing score on the IPC-A-610 certification course (current revision).

Responsibilities

Produce quality products with manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering (lead and lead-free).
Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.
Accurately record quantity using Factory Logix.
Perform work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.
Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change and identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency.
Build product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
Actively participate in work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic, positive and dependable team member.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
Provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.
Other duties as assigned.
