The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 2nd shift. The role involves handling small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy and performing a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment, and machinery. The Assembler must follow methods of sequence of operations to ensure documented and controlled processes are adhered to. Additionally, the Assembler must understand and document daily production metrics accurately and may participate in projects as a team member to support improvement initiatives.
